The following policies apply to in stock purchases processed via our Online Store AKA Rich Boys Toys Gear Store.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
We generally use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Rich Boys Toys Inc. reserves the right to use additional methods of shipment as needed.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you choose.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back ordered item(s) become available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. In some cases we may hold shipment until all items are available to consolidate shipping.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please call our Toll Free number to request a Return Authorization. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not receive a credit.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include custom order/printed items and items noted as non-returnable on the website.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
A restocking fee may apply for returns. The fee, if any, will be disclosed when the request for return authorization is requested. Any restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
